Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within one to three business days from the time we receive them.
You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number, once your order is shipped. It normally takes 7-10 business days for the product to reach anywhere in India. The timeline might vary depending on the location the package needs to reach.

The Aroma Atelier is based in Kochi, Kerala. We don't yet offer international shipping.

Return & Exchange Policy
We hope that you love your order, we put in a lot of effort to ensure a great shopping experience. However, if you change your mind and decide to return the product before opening it, you can do so within 7 days of receiving your product.

Due to the nature of the product and considering that opened or damaged products cannot be reused, we cannot accept exchange or return of opened or used products once sold or delivered.

All products once purchased are non-refundable. In general, an item may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of Product Delivery if it fulfills any of the following conditions:
